Agave Property Owners Association

Every house in the Agave neighborhood is a fees paying member of the Agave POA.  Both owners and their renters must abide by the rules and restrictions set by the POA.

2021/2022 POA Board

The association elects three homeowners each year to join InTown Homes on the POA Board. These board members:

  • Monitor the monthly drive-thru inspections.

  • Act as a liaison between neighbors and the management company when this is a dispute about violations or fines.

  • Maintain the Design Guidelines and the Xeriscape Guidelines.

  • Govern by the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) document.

The 2021/2022 POA Board members are Ann Rayborn, Tuscan Knox,  Mario Ubalde and Erika Turnquist.

ARC - Architectural Review Committee

This is a subcommittee chosen by the POA Board.  It's comprised of an appointed homeowner and two representatives from InTown Homes that review all Property Improvement Applications and issue decisions.

To determine if improvements or alterations require approval, check the following documents for any and all applicable restrictions:

  • Design Guideline

  • Xeriscape Guidelines

  • Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs)

As a rule of thumb, if the improvement or alteration is substantial, or visible from the street or to your neighbors, it will require approval. When in doubt, always submit a PIA.
